I love working in English, too. Please contact me if English is your preferred language.

About me

I am a psychologist with over a decade of experience, having embarked on this rewarding journey in 2010. Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, helping them navigate the complexities of their inner worlds and find healing and growth.

In my private practice, I provide a safe and compassionate space for individuals seeking support and guidance. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, where we work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and non-judgment.

In 2019, I expanded my work to include young people and their families in the social care system. This endeavour has been incredibly rewarding, as I witness the resilience and strength of both the young individuals and their families in the face of challenging circumstances. By offering a nurturing environment, I aim to empower young people to overcome obstacles, develop healthy coping strategies, and build independent lives.

The issues people seek therapists about are as diverse as people themselves. In our first session, we will talk in detail about your goals and expectations, so you can decide if you would like to proceed.

For ten years I lived in England with my husband and our three children before we came to Munich in 2008. These two cultures are still very much alive in my everyday life.
